Founded in 2012, Bespoke has grown from a specialist recruitment business into a wider management and growth group. Today we bring together commercial consultancy, training, recruitment and digital ventures around one goal: helping organisations and people perform better.

Led by founder Karan Trehan, the group combines more than 16 years of regional commercial experience with direct, practical delivery. Bahrain is the operating hub, with work across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and selected international markets.
